Business Intelligence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to lead the development of our organization's analytics capabilities. This role will involve gathering requirements across the organization to understand data needs and transforming these into actionable insights and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a centralized source of truth for company metrics, including building a semantic layer.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and collaborate with the technical team to ensure metrics are built accurately and available to end users.
  • Create effective data analysis and reporting strategies that support business growth.
  • Lead and develop a team of data analysts if business growth and needs create the opportunity for expansion.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy through oversight of analytics operations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of direct experience in an Analytics Manager or similar role.
  • Experience building a centralized source of truth for organizational metrics, including developing a semantic layer.
  • Strong ability to gather and translate business requirements into actionable data projects.
  • Experience in training, managing, and developing a small team.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in market research, product analytics, or data strategy.
  • Familiarity with Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience with Qlik and/or Power BI.

Compensation Range: $90,000-$100,000 per year

Actual compensation offers will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
