Current Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced employee benefits professional to become a part of our Employee Benefits team as an Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

The Benefits Account Manager plays a crucial role in supporting Consultants by providing TPG services to our Employee Benefits Division clients.

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients
  • Collaborate with Consultants to prepare presentations for regular service meetings
  • Assist in the client renewal process
  • Organize and facilitate employee enrollment meetings as needed
  • Manage the marketing survey process and assist with RFP creation
  • Set up new clients in our systems
Essential Information

Location: In-office with hybrid remote options available

Work Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods, communicate effectively, and manage screen time.

Travel: Minimal overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in the employee benefits and insurance sectors.
  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • An active health insurance producer or consultant license is required; a life insurance license is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Attributes
  • Professional designations in employee benefits (e.g., CEBS, RHU) are advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Attention to detail, quick learning ability, and self-motivation.
  • A proven track record of prioritizing client needs.
