Current Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced employee benefits professional to become a part of our Employee Benefits team as an Account Manager.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Benefits Account Manager plays a crucial role in supporting Consultants by providing TPG services to our Employee Benefits Division clients.
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients
- Collaborate with Consultants to prepare presentations for regular service meetings
- Assist in the client renewal process
- Organize and facilitate employee enrollment meetings as needed
- Manage the marketing survey process and assist with RFP creation
- Set up new clients in our systems
Location: In-office with hybrid remote options available
Work Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods, communicate effectively, and manage screen time.
Travel: Minimal overnight travel may be required.
QualificationsWhat you will bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in the employee benefits and insurance sectors.
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- An active health insurance producer or consultant license is required; a life insurance license is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional designations in employee benefits (e.g., CEBS, RHU) are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to deliver exceptional client service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Attention to detail, quick learning ability, and self-motivation.
- A proven track record of prioritizing client needs.
