Job Title: Commercial Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at LG Hausys America Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the commercial and national account segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, designers, and facility managers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial and national account segments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development in the commercial and national account segments
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with luxury vinyl flooring products
  • Knowledge of the commercial and national account segments in assigned territory and/or metro markets
  • CRM experience
  • Event planning skills
