Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Sales Executive to drive our business development efforts in the multifamily and commercial renovation sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the apartment renovation and commercial industry through strategic networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our presence in the apartment renovations and commercial market.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, property managers, real estate developers, and architects in the multi-family apartment industry.
  • Represent Apex at industry events and trade shows to establish thought leadership and build brand awareness.
Client Acquisition and Management
  • Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to understand their renovation needs and present suitable solutions.
  • Consult with clients to secure sales contracts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research and Analysis
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor activities within the apartment renovation & commercial sectors.
  • Remain informed about emerging products, technologies, and design trends relevant to apartment renovations.
Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, and contractors to ensure project specifications align with client expectations.
  • Work closely with project management teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout project execution.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the construction industry, specifically in multifamily and commercial renovations.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, specifically within the construction industry, with a focus on multifamily renovations and commercial.
  • Strong understanding of the renovation process, building materials, and current trends in apartment renovations and commercial.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
