Key Responsibilities- Business Development
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the apartment renovation and commercial industry through strategic networking, referrals, and online research.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our presence in the apartment renovations and commercial market.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, property managers, real estate developers, and architects in the multi-family apartment industry.
- Represent Apex at industry events and trade shows to establish thought leadership and build brand awareness.
- Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to understand their renovation needs and present suitable solutions.
- Consult with clients to secure sales contracts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor activities within the apartment renovation & commercial sectors.
- Remain informed about emerging products, technologies, and design trends relevant to apartment renovations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, and contractors to ensure project specifications align with client expectations.
- Work closely with project management teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout project execution.
- Proven sales experience in the construction industry, specifically in multifamily and commercial renovations.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- 5+ years of sales experience, specifically within the construction industry, with a focus on multifamily renovations and commercial.
- Strong understanding of the renovation process, building materials, and current trends in apartment renovations and commercial.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Availability to travel as needed.
