Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at LG Hausys America Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the commercial and national account segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including architectural and design firms, facility managers, and national accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including securing purchase orders and driving revenue growth
  • Present and conduct presentations of LG Hausys products through company-sponsored presentations and sample distribution
  • Report and track projects using Salesforce, Construct Connect, and local resources
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Design, Art, Business, or related field preferred but not required
  • Experience representing luxury vinyl flooring for commercial projects
  • Direct experience working in the commercial and national account segments for a minimum of 5 years
  • Current knowledge of the commercial and national account segments in assigned territory and/or metro markets preferred
  • Proven sales and business development experience and account management experience in at least one of the following segments: National Accounts, Hospitality, Food Service, Retail, Entertainment, Recreation, Healthcare, and/or Education

  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and organization skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Excellent selling skills and strong commercial marketing knowledge
  • Results-driven with the energy and focus to achieve goals/KPIs
  • Must be able to think and work independently
  • Strong creative, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven event planning skills
  • Experience working industry trade shows and lunch & learn events
  • Proven effective time management, scheduling, and planning skills
  • Understanding the basics of the commercial value chain and project tracking
  • Proven skills working as part of a team and the ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Logistically savvy about territory management; navigating efficiently and conscious of budget expenditures
  • Proven networking skills primarily through business associations
