About the Role

SolarEdge, a global leader in high-performance smart energy technology, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our North American Commercial Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the company's sales efforts in the commercial and industrial segment of the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the commercial and industrial segment
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including enterprise accounts, EPCs, distributors, and project developers
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including direct sales leads and channel sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales operations, to drive sales growth and revenue
  • Provide sales forecasts and analysis to support business planning and decision-making
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in technical sales, with a focus on commercial and industrial sales
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as electrical engineering or business administration
