Job Title: Commercial and Industrial Sales Representative

Join Culligan Ultrapure, a leading provider of water purification solutions, as a Commercial and Industrial Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for securing new business and maintaining/growing existing business within the Commercial and Industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation
  • Prospect, cold call, and build relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Optimize sales processes using NetSuite CRM to achieve KPIs and sales revenue targets
  • Write and present engineering-based solutions/quotes for industrial and commercial water purification systems
  • Ensure customer needs are met and follow-up on installation projects
About Culligan Ultrapure:

Culligan Ultrapure is a Culligan Water franchise with 21 locations throughout Minnesota, Indiana, Arizona, Missouri, and Texas. We provide water purification and water softening systems to residential, commercial, and industrial customers, as well as engineering water treatment systems for the public and private sectors.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the water industry
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated passion for customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Excellent time management skills

We offer a 4.5-day workweek, with Fridays off at 12:00 PM. This is a full-time position with a total compensation potential of $75,000 to $160,000 per year.
