Job Overview

The Boeing Company is seeking a highly skilled Electronics Systems Engineer to join its Research & Technology team. As a key member of the Solid-State Electronics Development organization, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and validating microelectronics systems for aerospace applications.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing test strategies, conducting electrical testing, and performance characterization of custom-designed integrated circuits. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of microelectronics systems into our aircraft and spacecraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed test plans and procedures for ICs and microelectronics systems
  • Conduct electrical testing and performance characterization of ICs and microelectronics systems
  • Collaborate with design engineers to ensure seamless integration of microelectronics systems into our aircraft and spacecraft
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement automated test strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and 3+ years of experience in microelectronics testing and validation. Preferred qualifications include experience with high-performance microelectronics test equipment, Python programming, and FPGA firmware development.

We offer a competitive salary range of $104,550 - $141,450, based on location and experience. This position requires a U.S. Security Clearance, which we will assist you in obtaining if selected.
