Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Avionics Engineer to join our dynamic team at Insight Global. This role requires a strong understanding of electronic systems, software, and hardware integration, as well as a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop avionics systems, including navigation, communication, and flight control systems.
  • Conduct testing and validation of avionics systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers, to integrate avionics systems into aircraft.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to avionics systems during development and after deployment.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in avionics engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of avionics systems, including navigation, communication, and flight control systems.
  • Proficiency in using design and simulation software (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, CAD tools).
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., DO-178C, DO-254).
