About the Role

As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care and contributing to the success of our clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a patient/customer focus and supporting the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Oversee the daily schedule and operations of an assigned area/group, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and meeting performance expectations.
  • Develop and maintain automated patient management (APM) templates and master schedules.
  • Manage financial reports, resolve work queues, and prioritize recovery of missing charges.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, managers, and physicians to ensure daily performance expectations are met.
  • Participate in the interviewing process and oversee the training of new hires.
  • Perform surgery scheduling and provide administrative support to physicians or managers as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: 3+ years of medical office experience.
  • Advanced degree (Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's) may be considered in lieu of experience.
