Key Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining a patient/customer focus and supporting the delivery of high-quality care.
- Oversee the daily schedule and operations of an assigned area/group, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and meeting performance expectations.
- Develop and maintain automated patient management (APM) templates and master schedules.
- Manage financial reports, resolve work queues, and prioritize recovery of missing charges.
- Communicate effectively with staff, managers, and physicians to ensure daily performance expectations are met.
- Participate in the interviewing process and oversee the training of new hires.
- Perform surgery scheduling and provide administrative support to physicians or managers as needed.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: 3+ years of medical office experience.
- Advanced degree (Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's) may be considered in lieu of experience.
