Program Management Director

We are seeking a seasoned Program Management Group Lead to drive the successful execution of multiple client programs across our advanced therapy portfolio.
About the Role:- Lead a team of Project Managers, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and expertise to manage multiple client programs.
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the program management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Develop and implement program management strategies aligned with our CMC objectives and client needs.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple cell and gene therapy programs simultaneously.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure optimal utilization and client satisfaction.
- Implement and refine program management processes, tools, and best practices specific to advanced therapy development and manufacturing.
- Identify and mitigate risks across programs, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with GMP regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols in all program activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in program management within the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of cell and gene therapy development and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent knowledge of GMP regulations and quality systems applicable to CDMOs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multifaceted programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple programs simultaneously.
- Indepth knowledge of cell and gene therapy development and manufacturing challenges.
- Financial acumen for budget management and resource allocation.
