Job Summary

St. Anne Institute is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential services. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising child care staff, providing training and evaluations, and ensuring effective unit programming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Recruit, supervise, train, and evaluate residential counselors
    • Provide informal supervision through daily role modeling, feedback, and on-the-job training
    • Conduct regular formal supervisions with written documentation
  • Unit Programming
    • Create and distribute weekly unit work schedules to ensure adequate staffing
    • Implement program policies and procedures
    • Develop and maintain therapeutic, trauma-responsive routines and activities
  • Treatment Planning
    • Develop individualized treatment plans in conjunction with other departments
    • Ensure written unit reports are prepared and submitted to treatment meetings
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Review and approve biweekly timesheets for unit staff
    • Maintain TCI trainer status and provide training as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
  • Two years of college required; one year of experience as a residential counselor required
  • Experience may be substituted for degree requirements with past supervisory experience and supervisor recommendation
