Job Overview

LAW Publications has dedicated the last 50 years to assisting law enforcement agencies in educating their communities on critical issues, including substance abuse, domestic violence, and human trafficking.

We are seeking a Field Sales Account Executive to collaborate with local enterprises, providing essential resources to law enforcement. This position operates on a 100% commission basis, requiring travel 3-4 days a week.

Benefits of the Role:

Quick Onboarding - Commissions are disbursed bi-weekly, eliminating long waits for payouts or protracted sales cycles (95% of our sales close in one call).

Competitive Commission Structure with Renewal Opportunities - There is no distinction in commission between "renewal" clients (those who have previously partnered with LAW Publications) and "new" clients. You will also possess a unique advantage in generating new business that no other outside sales role offers (details will be shared during the interview).

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and engage local businesses to secure sponsorships that fund educational materials for law enforcement agencies.

- Regularly travel to connect with law enforcement agencies, businesses, and community partners within your designated territory.

- Deliver outstanding customer service and act as a knowledgeable resource for clients regarding the advantages of supporting law enforcement community initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in field sales, ideally in advertising sales or sponsorship acquisition.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with law enforcement personnel, businesses, and community organizations.

- Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage a high-volume territory.

- Willingness to travel, typically 3-4 days a week, within the assigned area.

- Resilience and self-motivation to meet targets and surpass sales objectives.

- Familiarity with law enforcement and community engagement efforts is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

This is a 1099 position with unlimited earning potential (we provide the most competitive commission structure in the industry).

Projected earnings of $110,000 in the initial year.
