We are seeking a Regional Sales Executive (RSE, Field Sales Representative) to enhance our business operations, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion. This role is essential for increasing profitability and nurturing customer relationships through value-driven sales and service.

The RSE will conduct regular visits to client sites and corporate offices to identify and cultivate rental service and sales opportunities. Building long-term partnerships with key accounts is crucial to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities include addressing customer service challenges in the field and negotiating rental agreements. The RSE will develop a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, including current clientele, competitors, and potential opportunities within the designated territory, and will create and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

- Promote products to achieve designated rental and sales revenue objectives, crafting presentations that focus on customer needs and challenges.

- Conduct thorough business and territory analyses (SWOT), utilizing tools to optimize time allocation to accounts and customers.

- Gain insights into market conditions and business challenges, including competitive landscape and prospective clients, through various information sources.

- Adhere to the Sales Process, maintaining control over your SMART agenda and sales KPIs, such as opportunity tracking, forecasting, pipeline management, and win/loss analysis, while ensuring SalesForce is updated with accurate information.

- Formulate and execute a business plan that aligns with corporate goals and strategies, preparing SMART objectives and tactics to achieve revenue targets as directed by management.

- Establish rapport with key decision-makers at accounts and end-users within the territory.

- Collaborate with operations and fellow RSEs, ensuring effective communication to support customer service efforts and resolve complex issues.

- Work as a cohesive team with other divisions within Atlas Copco to achieve group objectives and secure new business opportunities.

- Assist in customer account management and provide training on equipment operation to minimize downtime and service calls.

- Implement and sustain quality process improvements focused on safety, financial performance, operations, and customer service.

- Source, engage, and provide comprehensive rental solutions to customers within the assigned territory.


Qualifications:

- A minimum of three years of experience in industrial sales, demonstrating a successful track record in selling industrial equipment or services.

- Familiarity with SalesForce/CRM systems, PDCA, and account management practices.
Education:

- Preferred Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, coupled with business or sales experience; alternatively, a degree in business with relevant industry experience.


Skills:

- Proven selling and interpersonal communication skills, with strong oral and written communication abilities.

- Customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to building trust and fulfilling commitments.

- Ability to work effectively both as a team player and independently, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficient in sales and budget forecasting, effective selling techniques, and conducting productive prospecting activities.

- A resilient and growth-oriented mindset is essential.


Training:

- Participation in sales and marketing workshops, seminars, and training is advantageous.


Physical Requirements:

- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs., bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, crouching, kneeling, and driving for extended periods.


Additional Requirements:

- Proficient in reading instructions and writing clearly in English. Competent in understanding and communicating technical product information. Completion of mandatory safety training within the initial days of employment.
