We are seeking a Regional Sales Executive to enhance our business development efforts, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion. The role involves regular visits to client sites and offices to identify and cultivate rental service and sales opportunities. Building long-term partnerships with key accounts is essential to ensure customer satisfaction.

This position addresses customer service challenges in the field and negotiates rental agreements.

The Regional Sales Executive will oversee the entire customer journey, which includes understanding client needs, qualifying opportunities, designing tailored solutions, preparing quotes, following up, negotiating, ensuring customer experience/satisfaction, and managing payments.

The role promotes products to meet assigned rental and sales revenue targets, preparing presentations that focus on customer needs and challenges.

Conducting business and territory analysis (SWOT) using tools such as ZoomInfo, IIR, and PGA is necessary for effective account and customer time allocation.

Adhering to the Sales Process, maintaining control over your SMART agenda and sales KPIs—such as opportunity tracking, forecasting, pipeline management, win/loss analysis, and hit rate—is critical, along with keeping SalesForce updated with accurate information.

The position involves developing and implementing strategies to secure access, obtain rental contracts, and drive business growth at targeted accounts.
Establishing rapport with key decision-makers at accounts and end-users at job sites within the territory is vital.

Collaboration with operations and other sales executives is necessary to maintain effective communication, assist in customer service activities, and resolve complex issues.

The role may include assisting in the collection of customer accounts and familiarizing customers with equipment to ensure proper operation, minimizing downtime and service calls.

Implementing, sustaining, and enhancing quality process improvements that prioritize safety, financial performance, operations, and customer service is expected.
The Regional Sales Executive will source, engage, and provide comprehensive solutions to customers within the assigned territory.

A minimum of three years of industrial sales experience is required, with a proven track record in industrial equipment/services such as air compressors, nitrogen generators, or steam generators.

Familiarity with SalesForce/CRM, PDCA, and account management is preferred.

A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, combined with business, customer service, or sales experience, is preferred; alternatively, a bachelor's degree in business or a similar field with industry-related experience in technical sales or business.

The ideal candidate will work effectively as a team player and independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in managing sales and budget forecasts is essential; training in sales and marketing workshops, seminars, and training is a plus.
Candidates must be able to read instructions, numbers, and write clearly in English. Completion of mandated safety training is required within the initial period of employment.

Equipment and Tools:
Proficiency in using a laptop computer, smartphone, and tablet is necessary.
