About the Role

Xplor Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at small to medium-sized businesses.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Account Management: Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales leadership, customer service, and underwriting teams.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a hunter mentality.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
