- Assist customers in completing sales applications and ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Collaborate with management to increase sales by inspecting vehicles daily, reporting any issues, and implementing strategies to maximize sales.
- Ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to attract and retain customers, driving sales growth and revenue.
- Enthusiastic and high-energy individual with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Outgoing and friendly, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills and a proven sales track record.
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections, with a focus on finding solutions.
- Proficient in basic business math, including percentages, and able to learn and use Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs.
- Persistent, competitive, and with a strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to focus on customer needs, driving sales growth and revenue for the dealership and personal sales.
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred, but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Five-day work week with a competitive salary and benefits package.
- Potential to earn $70,000 or more per year, with opportunities for advancement and career growth.
