Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and guide customers as they arrive on the lot, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle that meets their needs and budget, utilizing our extensive inventory knowledge.
  • Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features and benefits, showcasing our products in a compelling and engaging way.
  • Assist customers in completing sales applications and ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Collaborate with management to increase sales by inspecting vehicles daily, reporting any issues, and implementing strategies to maximize sales.
  • Ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to attract and retain customers, driving sales growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Enthusiastic and high-energy individual with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Outgoing and friendly, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and a proven sales track record.
  • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections, with a focus on finding solutions.
  • Proficient in basic business math, including percentages, and able to learn and use Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs.
  • Persistent, competitive, and with a strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to focus on customer needs, driving sales growth and revenue for the dealership and personal sales.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
