About the Role

Jacksonville Kia is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for showcasing and selling vehicles to potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their automotive needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery, negotiating and closing sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the specifications, features, and benefits of the vehicles in the dealership to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Results-Driven: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership, participating in sales training programs to enhance selling skills.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience as a Salesman or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Sales Principles: Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-Driven: Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for managing customer information and sales transactions.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
  • Background Screening: Must pass pre-employment background screenings.
