University Housing at the University of Oregon is seeking an Assistant Director of University Housing Human Resources to manage a team of professional staff and oversee all aspects of human resources, payroll, and recruitment functions.

This position is responsible for developing processes that align with and support department, divisional, and University goals, while maintaining excellent customer service to our larger department.

The ideal candidate will have four years of human resources experience, with two years of experience managing professional staff, and subject matter expertise in one or more of the functional areas of HR.

University Housing is a self-sustaining, self-liquidating agency of the University, with a diverse workforce of around 80 officers of administration, 360 classified staff, and 1,000 student employees.

The Assistant Director of University Housing HR will collaborate closely with University Housing Unit Directors, the Director of University Housing, and campus HR partners to navigate complex ELR matters.

This position is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic leader to direct the team in daily transactional load, while maintaining excellent customer service.
