Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housing Navigator to join our team at Equitable Social Solutions. As a key member of our workforce, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and families overcome barriers to housing and achieve long-term stability and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective housing plans with clients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Collaborate with community partners, employers, and service providers to ensure seamless support and resources for clients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for success.
  • Provide individualized counseling and support to clients, empowering them to make informed decisions and achieve their goals.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with EEO guidelines.
  • Travel throughout the county to provide services and support to clients in their communities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field or equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office, email, and data entry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
