About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of People and Culture to join our team at East West Tea Company LLC. As a strategic HR business partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's business objectives, strategic goals, and human resources initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a trusted advisor to employees and business leaders regarding HR policies and drive processes to optimize employee engagement.
* Co-shape the Yogi ONE People & Culture strategy and develop and execute local EWTC P&C strategy that aligns with the business strategy, goals, and objectives.
* Provide guidance, consulting, and coaching on people initiatives such as conflict resolution, performance management, engagement, etc.
* Manage the total rewards program; analyze trends in compensation and key benefit programs (medical, dental, etc.); research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 10 years of human resource related experience with at least 3 years' people management experience.
* A bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources, or equivalent experience required. Masters degree preferred.
* SHRM Certified credential preferred.
