Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Equitable Social Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our programs and services, and will work closely with our operations staff to implement project activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update internal tracking systems to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Review case files to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct file and system maintenance reviews for all Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act programs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and enforcement of quality assurance plans to ensure high-quality services are delivered.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of Company Quality Measurement Tool to ensure standard operating procedures and services are being effectively delivered.
  • Recommend corrective actions and implement corrective action plans to ensure overall project success.
  • Provide customer satisfaction results to senior management and keep senior management informed of program case management and performance.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency and quality in our services.
  • Develop and coordinate training activities to ensure that all operations staff are properly trained to implement project activities effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a human services-related field or three years of equivalent work experience and a minimum of two years of contract experience.
  • Preferred experience in managing federal programs.
  • Must pass State criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Must be able to pass Office of Motor Vehicle check and be insurable through the Company's automotive liability carrier.
  • Must be able to tolerate frequent periods of high stress, heavy workload, and multiple priorities.
  • Extensive standing, sitting, computer, phone, and desk work required.
  • Must be able to interact one-on-one and in groups with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds.
