Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Equitable Social Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and updating internal tracking systems, reviewing case files to ensure compliance with contractual agreements, and conducting file and system maintenance reviews for all Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act programs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and update internal tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting.
- Review case files to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct file and system maintenance reviews for all Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act programs to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and enforcement of quality assurance plans to ensure high-quality services are delivered.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of the Company Quality Measurement Tool to ensure standard operating procedures and services are being effectively delivered.
- Recommend corrective actions and implement corrective action plans to ensure overall project success.
- Provide customer satisfaction results to senior management and keep them informed of the status of program case management and performance.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistency and quality in services delivered.
- Develop and coordinate training activities to ensure all operations staff are properly trained to implement project activities effectively.
- Bachelor's Degree in a human services-related field or three years of equivalent work experience and a minimum of two years of contract experience.
- Preferred experience in managing federal programs.
- Must pass a State criminal background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to pass an Office of Motor Vehicle check and be insurable through the Company's automotive liability carrier.
- Must be able to tolerate frequent periods of high stress, heavy workload, and multiple priorities.
- Extensive standing, sitting, computer, phone, and desk work required.
- Must be able to interact one-on-one and in groups with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds.
