About the Role

ANSER is seeking a highly skilled Information Management Specialist to join our team in the Information Management and Technology Directorate (IM&T). As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to the Pentagon Area Customer Council (PACC) in delivering a world-class IT experience as an OSD enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and execute the PACC Planning and Coordination Cell (PCC) to ensure seamless meeting management and execution.
  • Facilitate discussion and ensure all topics are prepared and ready for presentation to the PACC.
  • Synchronize plan of action and milestones compliance with the Components' activities.
  • Develop and publish standardized strategic communications and track performance and asset management metrics.
  • Coordinate agendas, read-ahead materials, and meeting minutes to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Capture, coordinate, and disseminate meeting minutes to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Utilize tools and portals that link and integrate authoritative data sources for tracking, monitoring, and reporting on senior decision making.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement across OSD to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a discipline relevant to the position plus at least 8 years of professional experience. Master's degree preferred.
  • In-depth familiarity with OSD organization and decision-making and the ability to work in fluid environments with evolving direction.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work in support of DoD senior leaders.
  • Expertise in decision support, metric development and comparison, and other data-based capabilities for use in the effective management of a complex organization with multiple lines of functional activities.
  • Focus on operational and project performance/improvement with knowledge of tools that enable effective decision-making processes.
  • Secret clearance required at date of hire.
