Position Summary:
AHU Technologies Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager to spearhead the Release Management and Continuous Improvement initiatives within the organization.

Detailed Responsibilities:
This role is situated within the Department of Health Care Finance, providing essential support to the DC Access System (DCAS). The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience overseeing various elements of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within the Project Management Office (PMO).

The Continuous Improvement Manager will facilitate and oversee the planning, execution, and quality improvement initiatives for the organization. This includes ensuring that all projects align with corporate strategic objectives and timelines, while implementing goal alignment activities across cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of projects aimed at minimizing waste and enhancing quality to deliver greater value. Collaboration with department heads and team members will be essential to identify and resolve bottlenecks, redundancies, and disconnects in processes.

Additionally, this role will involve conducting regular release meetings with various disciplines within DCAS to guarantee timely product delivery. The Senior Project Manager will ensure that follow-ups on improvement events are completed, including scheduling and facilitating ongoing status reviews with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving a culture of sustainable continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Delivering and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Waste Reduction, Efficiency Improvements, and Quality Pass Rate.
  • Demonstrating a proven track record of successful SDLC completion and project management methodologies.
  • Managing vendor relationships and possessing a strong understanding of district policies and procedures.
  • Leading the management, implementation, and reporting of complex initiatives through collaboration with program leaders.
  • Prioritizing work, setting deadlines, and assigning resources to maintain standardized processes throughout the SDLC.
  • Ensuring project governance and improving roles, responsibilities, and outcomes in support of the DCAS program.
  • Facilitating consistent communication and project tracking for stakeholder visibility.
  • Monitoring compliance with project management standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Acting as an escalation point for direct reports and senior management.

This position is remote, allowing for flexibility while contributing to significant projects within the healthcare sector.
