Job Description

The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the office's payroll and billing processes.
  • Maintain and track all consumer authorizations.
  • Facilitate communication with the office team to work through any challenges.
  • Work closely with the Executive team to provide supervision, accountability, leadership, and management of the overall operations for 365 Health Services, LLC.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Consistently model and manage the company's mission and philosophy of customer service and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of timesheets, payroll reports, employee incident and accident reports, and required personnel forms.
  • Establish and maintain effective channels of communication within the office as well as with clients and field personnel.
  • Oversee office payroll and billing processes.
  • Maintain and track all consumer authorizations.
  • Facilitate communication with office team to work through any challenges.
  • Ensure initial and ongoing compliance with all applicable federal, state, and legal regulations.
