We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Coordinator to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our wholesale customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services, build productive trust relationships with wholesale customers, and process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
- Inventory Management: Maintain precise work order files and formulas, pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, and stock shelves and set up displays.
- Operations: Load/unload delivery trucks, assist in making deliveries as needed, and maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
- Product Knowledge: Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options with customers.
- Compliance: Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest ways to improve sales.
- Age: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Physical Demands: Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Availability: Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Driver's License: Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Education: Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
- Experience: Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Paint Sales Experience: Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
- Tinting and Mixing Experience: Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
