Job Overview

Tough Commerce is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team as a foundational sales-maker. This role offers a clear path to leadership responsibilities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our B2B SaaS client base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle sales closing.
  • Proven track record in exceeding customer acquisition and growth targets.
  • Experience in construction technology is a plus but not required.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Highly competitive and motivated to succeed.
