- Maintain precise and current medical documentation, recording patient evaluations, care actions, medications administered, and other pertinent details.

- Engage in quality enhancement initiatives aimed at improving care delivery, enhancing patient outcomes, and ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks.

- Conduct medical necessity and level of care assessments for requested services utilizing clinical judgment and refer to Medical Directors for further evaluation.

- Provide clinical expertise and serve as a clinical resource to non-clinical team members.

- Collaborate with various personnel within provider networks and discharge planning teams to coordinate member care.
