Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency in nursing practices and maintain compliance with state licensure requirements.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
- Maintain current certifications, including CPR and ACLS, as part of ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Active California State Registered Nurse license is mandatory.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- ACLS certification must be obtained within three months of employment.
- NIHSS certification is necessary within six months of employment.
- A minimum of one year of nursing experience is preferred.
