Job Description

Qualitest is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Account Manager to join their Media and Entertainment sector team in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage Targeted Sales Campaigns: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the Information, Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Establish Meaningful Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Own customer satisfaction and ensure timely delivery of services to meet client expectations.
  • Identify Improvement Opportunities: Analyze existing accounts to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase quality, cost, and speed-to-market.
  • Utilize Solution Selling Methodology: Meet business needs with appropriate Qualitest services and develop a pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Manage and Author Responses: Develop and submit responses to client Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
  • Attend Networking Events: Represent Qualitest at industry events and conferences to build client relationships and community support.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Work Experience: 5 years of experience selling services or software, preferably in the Information, Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: 5-10 years of experience delivering quality engineering services, preferably in the Information, Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to drive annual growth of existing accounts with a partnering and service optimization mindset.
  • Cultural Understanding: Possess a cultural understanding of how clients are organized and conduct day-to-day business.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written presentation skills with the ability to facilitate meetings and work with business users.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to write Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals using the latest proposal generation tools.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • CRM Experience: Experience updating and navigating industry-leading CRM systems, including Salesforce.
