Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business prospects to enrich your client portfolio.
  • Nurture and oversee customer relationships for designated accounts.
  • Expand and optimize revenue streams within your clientele network.
  • Engage with clients via phone and email to address orders and shipping inquiries effectively.
  • Research products, make recommendations, and provide samples to clients.
  • Utilize company stores to offer merchandise options to clients.
  • Generate quotes and facilitate customer orders.
  • Manage the process of client artwork submission and collaboration with Designers.
  • Input sales orders using Salesforce.
  • Coordinate proof reviews and approvals with clients.
  • Collaborate with Account Coordinators for seamless sales order processing.
  • Participate in presentations, meetings, and industry events as needed.
  • Perform additional sales-related tasks based on business demands.

Required Education/Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in promotional product sales.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting within client accounts and acquiring new business opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP platforms is essential.
  • Familiarity with Illustrator/Photoshop is advantageous.
  • Above-average 10-key and typing proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

This position offers a competitive compensation package combining base salary with commission incentives.
