Position: Sales Account Manager

We are looking for committed and enthusiastic professionals to become part of our Sales team and Summits division as Sales Account Managers. In this capacity, you will work closely with industry providers to pinpoint optimal solutions for our clients. By engaging with senior-level executives, you will utilize insights into their growth objectives to generate valuable business opportunities. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to embark on a rewarding career in sales and business development.

This position requires a physical presence at our Chicago office for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate lead generation efforts by establishing and managing a strong pool of prospects.
  • Engage prospects through various channels such as email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
  • Conduct negotiations and finalize deals with c-level decision-makers based on a thorough understanding of their growth aspirations.
  • Maintain organized records of sales activities and pipeline developments.
  • Collaborate effectively with both new and existing clients.
  • Attend events nationwide and address client needs in various destination cities.

Qualifications

  • Proven proficiency in written and verbal communication in English.
  • A combination of confidence to engage with industry leaders and the humility to embrace continuous learning.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles.
  • Experience in creating and executing strategic marketing email campaigns is a plus.
  • Demonstrated history of surpassing set targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exhibit a friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, goal-oriented mindset is essential.
