About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Leader to join our team at Salesforce Inc. as a Regional Vice President. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Account Executives, driving sales growth, and leading cross-functional initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Participate and lead in client and prospect meetings, working cross-functionally with internal partners and corporate resources as required.
  • Develop and implement successful sales campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Lead initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagement, and develop required corporate relationships and executive engagement to support success.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal partners and corporate resources to drive consistent processes and a successful team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience leading a team of seven or more quota-carrying sales people.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, experience in sales coaching and mentoring, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong engagement and communication skills, consultative selling experience, and ability to collaborate and influence in a "win as a team" environment.
  • Prior experience working within the Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space.
