Key Account Manager for Pre-Owned Vehicles

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Salesperson at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a valued member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in meeting dealership sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your primary responsibility will be to sell new or used vehicles at a profit to the dealership. This includes greeting customers, determining their vehicle preferences, explaining features, and demonstrating vehicle operation in the showroom or on a demonstration drive. You will also suggest optional equipment, compute and quote sales prices, complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, arrange for vehicle delivery and registration, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence. A strong understanding of accounting, automotive, business, human resources, or information technology principles is essential, as is the ability to participate in required training and record all hours worked accurately.

A minimum of a GED, High School Diploma, Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree, or Doctorate Degree is required, with relevant work experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years, 3-5 years, or 5+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of company core values and safety rules and regulations.

This is a full-time position that requires working indoors and outdoors, including customer test drives. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
