Accounts Receivable Specialist

At Dynamic United Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounts receivable process to ensure timely and accurate collection of outstanding invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Management: Generate and distribute invoices to clients ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collections: Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Payment Processing: Post incoming payments to appropriate accounts in SAP ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving billing or payment issues promptly.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable.
  • SAP Expertise: Proficiency in SAP is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions.
