Security Shift Supervisor Part Time

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $21.88 and a flexible schedule with overnight shifts, Saturday and Sunday, from 6pm to 6:30am. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. You will act as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and professional security officers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising staff on assigned shifts, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment ranges.
- Receiving and relaying instructions, being comfortable using computers and smartphones, and accessing control systems.
- Conducting vehicle and foot patrols, ensuring the safety and security of the site.
Qualifications and requirements include:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Possessing a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
- Ability to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
- Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- Driving positions require a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle.
- As a condition of employment, employees must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test, may be required to pass a Drivers Record check.
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
- Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
