Account Manager

At AptarGroup, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow a base of existing and new accounts for Aptar Beauty, meeting unit, revenue, and sustainable profitability growth targets as defined by territory budget and prior year sales.
The ideal candidate will have past experience with Aerosol project management, product development, or related technical expertise. They will be responsible for driving growth within the territory by identifying new opportunities within assigned existing customer accounts and establishing business with new prospects within targeted application fields.
The Account Manager will work closely with Marketing and Business Development to grow sales of new technologies and new applications to support the Beauty strategic growth goals. They will be responsible for establishing and maintaining call objectives for each account, utilizing overall sales methodology processes and tools, and developing an understanding of the unique environment within each customer.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to develop meaningful relationships with key personnel. They will also be able to conduct quarterly business reviews with customers where sales exceed $1 million annually and make our responsiveness a competitive advantage.
