About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at OnLogic. As a sales leader, you will be responsible for driving exponential revenue growth and executing strategic go-to-market initiatives. You will have the ability to construct and execute a successful business development strategy, manage complex customer relationships, and motivate your team to achieve extraordinary results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, develop, and close new top-tier customers through proactive sales and business development strategies.
  • Travel 25-35% of the time to meet with customers and partners.
  • Develop new customer relationships and work proactively to identify and resolve customer issues that affect current or future business.
  • Gain executive buy-in and negotiate complex contracts with innovative companies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and our organization on large-scale new business opportunities.
  • Work effectively with OnLogic's internal engineering, assembly, and fulfillment teams to provide innovative solutions to customers.
  • Build upon market presence in key vertical segments and grow the value and number of key accounts through strategic relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education.
  • Minimum 5+ years of prior consultative sales experience, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Experience selling complex solutions or technologies into enterprise customers.
  • Entrepreneurial-minded with a strong drive and desire to be part of a rapidly growing business.
  • Organized and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities.
  • Natural leader with active listening skills and the ability to hold yourself and others accountable.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
