About the Role

Sapphire at Woodway Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Director of Health Services and Wellness Lead to join our clinical team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, while also providing guidance and support to our dedicated health services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with our executive director to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Train and supervise our health services team to deliver exceptional care and support
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement new procedures and protocols to enhance resident care and safety
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our health services team to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality care
Requirements
  • Active Washington RN license
  • Proven experience in community-based care settings
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to our residents
