Minimum salary is $40.00, with a maximum of $49.19.

**Salary placement is based on experience, qualifications, and ability to fulfill essential job functions.**

Key Responsibilities:

The Resident Assessment Coordinator will oversee all Medicare and Managed Care residents as assigned by the Resident Assessment Director. This role includes managing all services provided during the inpatient stay from admission through discharge. Additionally, this position is accountable for the precise and timely completion of all OBRA mandated assessments. This role is considered a vital financial and clinical contributor to the management team and will not be required to participate in nursing 'call' schedules.

Required Qualifications:
  • Current, active LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the RAI process and Case Management principles.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Compliance with local health regulations and successful completion of any post-employment physical exams, including drug screening and background checks.
Pay Range: $49.19 per hour
