Business Development Lead

Nooter Fort Wayne is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join their team in Fort Wayne, IN. This role is crucial in expanding the company's market share in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with potential buyers to sell construction and construction management services.
- Develop and identify prospects from current clients, former clients, referral leads, and other sources.
- Collaborate with the Fort Wayne Area Manager to execute business development action plans and monitor sales activities.
- Provide input and feedback on marketing initiatives, client needs, and work in progress.
- Manage the CRM system to ensure consistent client contact and assist in developing sales plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Business or technical discipline, or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience.
- 5+ years of related construction experience, with a good working knowledge of relevant markets.
- Experience with Construction CRM software and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making skills.
