KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Within the first month:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a friendly and helpful reception.
- Begin training on company processes, including financial transactions and documentation.
- Effectively manage multiple client interactions and communications throughout the day.
- Act as a liaison for incoming calls, fostering relationships and introducing new products to clients.
- Ensure all client accounts are current and accurate.
- Conduct outreach to collect outstanding receivables as necessary.
- Support sales staff with various tasks to enhance productivity.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of store operations and provide thorough support to the team.
- Take on additional administrative projects as assigned by management.
- Continue to build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Assist with rental and sales processes for mobility equipment.
- High School diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required.
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated customer service experience in a fast-paced environment; experience in a medical office is a plus.
- Experience with maintaining and updating CRM systems.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel is preferred.
- Familiarity with standard office record-keeping practices, including cash handling and receipts.
- Ability to engage and connect with clients through exceptional service, driving the sales process forward.
- Experience in inventory management and ordering procedures is advantageous.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
