KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Within the first month:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a friendly and helpful reception.
  • Begin training on company processes, including financial transactions and documentation.
  • Effectively manage multiple client interactions and communications throughout the day.
Within the first two months and beyond:
  • Act as a liaison for incoming calls, fostering relationships and introducing new products to clients.
  • Ensure all client accounts are current and accurate.
  • Conduct outreach to collect outstanding receivables as necessary.
  • Support sales staff with various tasks to enhance productivity.
Within the first three months and ongoing:
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of store operations and provide thorough support to the team.
  • Take on additional administrative projects as assigned by management.
  • Continue to build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Assist with rental and sales processes for mobility equipment.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated customer service experience in a fast-paced environment; experience in a medical office is a plus.
  • Experience with maintaining and updating CRM systems.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel is preferred.
  • Familiarity with standard office record-keeping practices, including cash handling and receipts.
  • Ability to engage and connect with clients through exceptional service, driving the sales process forward.
  • Experience in inventory management and ordering procedures is advantageous.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
