Job Title: Director of Sales and Revenue Growth

Thomson Reuters is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Sales and Revenue Growth to lead our sales team in the US. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, while building and managing a high-performing sales team.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in sales and sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth
  • Experience in a digital marketing business is a plus
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
