Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute winning business strategies to drive revenue growth
- Maintain and deepen relationships with platform partners to establish Code3 as their top marketing partner
- Participate in prospecting strategies to close new business opportunities
- Ensure accurate data within Salesforce for seamless reporting
- Foster a positive work environment and set a strong example for team members
- BA or BS degree in a relevant field
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in strategy, planning, or activation
- Sales and business development experience, either directly or through cross-selling and pitching account growth
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of Ad Platforms and AdTech
- Proven track record of exceeding individual or team goals
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
