Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and process various document types, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate processing area.
- Handle returned mail and update member addresses accordingly.
- Consistently meet established quality and productivity benchmarks on a monthly basis.
- Adhere to work instructions related to enrollment activities.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines pertaining to Medicare Part D enrollment processes or previous experience in a regulatory setting.
