Job Summary

The Strategic Solutions Development Manager will oversee SHI opportunities from inception to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client satisfaction. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and optimize engagement profitability by collaborating with internal teams and customers.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration among project team members.
  • Develop service solution recommendations and serve as an escalation point for customer matters.
  • Provide exceptional value and experience while helping clients deploy and manage their solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for each owned opportunity.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and partners.
  • Coordinate and lead weekly status meetings with assigned clients.
  • Maintain overall accountability for successful engagement delivery.
  • Serve as an expert on the company's value, methodology, and processes.
  • Monitor active, prospective, and planned projects, adjusting priorities as needed.
  • Communicate key project information to clients throughout the lifecycle.
  • Review documentation provided by clients, translate technical requirements, and propose solutions.
  • Provide regular project status reports and monthly forecasts to SHI Leadership.
  • Align with Sales to identify, qualify, and ensure projects are relevant, accurately estimated, and prioritized during the proposal phase.
  • Research and expand current opportunities, identifying new ones.

Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree in a related field or relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in consultative selling and account development of commercial accounts with a services focus.
  • Previous experience in Consulting and/or Services Sales teams is required.

Compensation

The estimated potential earnings range for this position is $180,000 - $285,000, including a base salary and commission with a draw. Benefits may include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending options.

Location

This remote position requires residence in the greater Chicago, IL area to support business needs as determined by SHI management.
