Job Overview
">As a key member of the CHIME team, you will execute a needs-based sales strategy to recruit and retain CHIME Foundation members.

The Director, Strategic Solutions is responsible for developing a strategy to increase Foundation member investment, ensuring all programs are delivered in an unparalleled and timely manner.

This is a quota-carrying role that requires a proven ability to execute a needs-based sales approach, manage customer relationships, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience working in a quota-driven environment, managing budgets, and using CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed budgeted revenue targets for assigned programs
  • Recruit and retain Foundation members
  • Manage partner engagements and services, build and deliver proposals, communicate with key stakeholders internally to support program delivery
  • Quarterback partner orientations and quarterly business reviews

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Demonstrated success selling subscription-based programs/memberships, event sponsorships, digital marketing solutions, custom content, custom research, and integrated marketing solutions
  • Ability to work independently, in a small team or cross-functional environment
  • Superior communication skills, including presenting to C-suite audiences
