Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Trials: Conduct product trials and gather feedback from patients to help us improve our services.
  • Documentation: Accurately document patient interactions, product trials, and feedback using mobile device technology.
  • Travel: Travel to patient locations to conduct in-home visits, providing a convenient and personalized experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our patient services team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Experience: 6 months of work experience in a healthcare-related field, with a focus on patient care and support.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications: Professional certification or license in a healthcare-related field preferred.
