We are looking for a Program Coordinator - Customer Engagement. This role is crucial to the success of our Customer Experience division. You will be responsible for facilitating all customer engagement meetings and forums, including but not limited to the CIO Advisory Council, Agency IT Resource, Relationship Management Committee, and Customer Experience Officer's Corner.

Minimum Qualifications

- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in meeting coordination or a similar role.
- Familiarity with IT terminology is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with comfort in engaging with all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Flexibility in scheduling is essential.

Additional Considerations

- Previous experience in a governmental context is advantageous.
- Familiarity with IT environments is a plus; ITIL foundations certification is desirable.
- Experience in customer experience settings or voice of the customer programs is beneficial.
- Demonstrated project coordination or management experience is preferred.
- Technical proficiency in presentation and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint is required.
- Understanding of accessibility standards is important.
- Prior experience managing multiple communication channels is a plus.
